The location of this hotel was perfect for our visit as we were attending the British Masters golf tournament nearby. The hotel's proximity to the golf course made it very convenient for us. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and were always ready to assist with any requests or queries we had. The food at this hotel was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals, which were far beyond what one would expect from a traditional pub grub environment. The breakfast, especially, was a delightful start to our day, freshly cooked and served promptly.
The only drawback we experienced during our stay was the heat in the rooms. The lack of air conditioning made the rooms quite hot, and the heavy duvets added to the discomfort.
